Well it is no surprise that Manhattan tops the list but I couldn’t believe my eyes when I read that Brooklyn was #2. Growing up in Brooklyn was a happy time but no one I knew thought it was expensive, in fact, it was anything but. well, I guess Brooklyn has changed. Also a surprise is Queens followed by Stamford Ct. I am not sure why Stamford tops Greenwich or New Canaan but they study may encompass regional areas.
